The mountains in Härjedalen are either intensely verdurous, as some of Sweden’s foremost flowering mountains Mittåkläppen and Hamrafjället, or fascinating barren.
“30 Treasure hikes in Funäsdalen” are our hiking favorites, the best all- or half-day hikes. Click the tour you´re interested in on the list beside and print them out for free, and if you don´t have a printer it´s possible to buy them in the Touristoffice in Funäsdalen village 10 SKr each.
We have chosen our own personal favourites 30 Treasure hikes, where the orchids are the most beautiful, the waterfalls as most mysterious and the view as most breathtaking. We want to make it easy for our guests to enjoy big experiences- in a modern way.
The idea is that you should be able to stay and eat well, and have several fantastic day trips to choose from. Simple but of great quality is our criteria. Suitable clothing and one of our easy descriptions is all you need to be able to fully enjoy a nice walk! For the more experienced mountaineers who want to hike on their own, the adventures are almost boundless; 450 km of marked trails and limitless unmarked possibilities.
You don´t have to be the most experienced hiker to enjoy and make this tours. There are Treasure hikes for everybody!
